About Rogramatic

Software should make the work clearer, not move the confusion onto a screen.

Rogramatic starts with workflows and business rules, avoids unnecessary scope and uses senior engineering judgment to build systems people can operate and maintain.

Justice Abutu

Founder and senior software engineer

More than six years of professional engineering experience

Abuja, Nigeria

Rogramatic is led by Justice Abutu, a senior full-stack and backend software engineer whose work spans business systems, multi-tenant applications, commerce workflows, APIs, background processing, production troubleshooting and performance optimisation.

Projects are led with senior engineering responsibility. Where a project needs additional design, frontend, mobile, infrastructure or specialist support, the right collaborators are introduced without removing accountability from the engagement.

Direct access to senior engineering remains part of the engagement. Additional specialists are introduced only where the work requires them, with scope and accountability kept explicit.

Working principles

The standards behind the work

Understand before prescribing

The workflow, user, data and business objective come before a technology recommendation.

Control the scope

The smallest useful system is easier to validate, deliver and improve responsibly.

Make behaviour visible

Important states, permissions, failures and responsibilities should be traceable.

Protect the system

Data integrity, security, recovery and maintainability are product requirements.

Design for real work

Software should fit the people and operating constraints it is meant to support.

Leave clear ownership

Documentation and understandable code allow another capable engineer to continue.

Delivery model

Clear responsibility, visible checkpoints and written decisions.

  • Founder-led engagements
  • Direct access to senior engineering
  • Specialists introduced when needed
  • Defined scope and responsibilities
  • Visible review checkpoints
  • Documentation and handover

Bring the workflow, product or technical problem.

The first step is to understand the context and decide whether software is the right intervention.
