Deployments feel fragile or unpredictable
Reliability audit
Within 48 hours, you will know the biggest reliability, deployment and maintainability risks in your application, and what should be fixed first.
Laravel · Vue · React · Node · Deployment · CI/CD
Who this is for
Use this audit when the application exists, but reliability, deployment, maintainability or senior engineering visibility is unclear.
Bootstrapped SaaS founders
Small product companies
Non-technical founders with an existing application
Companies hiring a Laravel engineer
Teams preparing for a launch
Companies whose previous developer has left
Small teams using Laravel, Vue, React, or Node
Businesses experiencing production incidents or slow releases
Symptoms
When a product is already live or close to launch, the expensive question is not whether technical debt exists. It is which risks can hurt delivery, uptime or future development first.
01
Deployments feel fragile or unpredictable
02
Production incidents keep interrupting normal work
03
Releases are slow because nobody trusts the codebase
04
The previous developer left without a clear handover
05
Framework and dependency versions may be out of date
06
Queues, cache, Redis, or scheduled jobs are hard to reason about
07
Database queries feel slow or risky under real usage
08
Errors happen without enough logging or monitoring context
09
Automated tests or CI/CD checks are missing or unreliable
Deliverables
The audit gives you a prioritised remediation report, a findings call and a fixed quotation for the first remediation sprint when the application is a suitable fit.
What the audit covers
48-hour process
The process reduces uncertainty quickly without pretending an audit is the same thing as implementation.
Step 01
Agree the application context, repository access, deployment notes, environment details, and any incident history that should guide the review.
Step 02
Inspect architecture, dependencies, deployment flow, database risks, queues, cache, scheduled jobs, tests, CI/CD, observability, and configuration.
Step 03
Separate urgent reliability risks from lower-priority cleanup so the team knows what should be fixed first.
Step 04
Deliver the written remediation report, walk through the findings in a 30-minute call, and quote the first suitable remediation sprint.
Excluded
The audit identifies and prioritises risk. It does not include implementation or broad consulting outside the agreed review scope.
Next step
$1,500–$3,500
Focused remediation work for the highest-priority reliability, deployment, or maintainability issues found during the audit.
Upgrade planning and implementation support when framework or PHP versions are creating risk.
Ongoing review, release support, and technical guidance for teams that need steady senior oversight.
Practical senior engineering help for founders and small teams that are not ready to hire full-time.
Delivery guarantee
Delivery guarantee: If we materially fail to deliver the written scope and cannot correct the failure within the agreed cure period, we will refund the professional fees allocated to the unmet work.
For the audit, the guarantee covers delivery of the written findings package and a reasonable opportunity to schedule the walkthrough. It does not guarantee that every present or future defect will be discovered.
Guarantee applies when required access, cooperation, payment, and written acceptance criteria are in place. Full conditions and exclusions are documented in the engagement agreement.
