Platform and service usage
Rogramatic provides website-based information, paid founder offers, ManagedCo pilot intake, and related communication or onboarding flows. Use of the site or platform must be lawful and consistent with the stated offer or pilot terms.
Payments and subscriptions
Paid offers, pilot subscriptions, or add-ons are subject to the pricing and scope communicated for the selected path. Payment does not automatically expand scope beyond the stated offer or plan.
Support boundaries
Support varies by service or plan. Lower-tier offers do not include the same hands-on help, reporting, or account-management coverage as assisted or managed tiers.
Account responsibilities
Businesses and founders remain responsible for the accuracy of submitted information, lawful use of any system they adopt, and appropriate handling of their own customer or internal business data.
Cancellation and changes
Pilot or service access may be paused, changed, or discontinued if payment obligations are not met, if the offering changes materially, or if the relationship is no longer a fit for the intended use case.
