Pilot structure
The ManagedCo pilot is a limited-stage offering used to onboard selected businesses, gather usage insight, validate plan design, and improve the product before broader rollout.
Pricing and limits
Pilot pricing, usage limits, included support level, and any add-ons depend on the chosen plan. Exceeding limits may require a plan change or separate agreement.
Feedback expectation
Pilot businesses are expected to give practical feedback on onboarding, workflow, usability, and fit so the product and support model can improve.
Feature limitations
Not every future feature may be available during the pilot, and some workflows, automations, or notification capabilities may remain limited or subject to change.
Cancellation and outcomes
Pilot participation can end if the business no longer fits the product, does not maintain required cooperation, or chooses to stop. Participation does not guarantee business growth or commercial outcomes.
